A traffic accident happened yesterday, March 21, about 23:20 on the highway «Horodyshche — Rivne — Starokostiantyniv» in Neteshin.
As it turned out, the 24-year-old resident of the city of Ostroh in Rivne region, has not coped with management and crashed into a tree.
From the received traumas the driver and his 40-year-old passenger died at the scene.
On this fact opened criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Appointed a number of examinations, militiamen find out all circumstances of an event.
