On this fact opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim) of the criminal code.
The guilt, the attacker fully admitted.
The sentence of Lenin district court of Dnepropetrovsk the offender was found guilty and has appointed to it punishment in the form of seven years of imprisonment.
